Submitting Promotion Recommendation

The Promotion Recommendation process is automated in ERPNext. The Team Lead or Head can submit Recommendation through the system. Recommendation can be submitted from Employee Promotion List in HR workspace. You can add a new Employee Promotion.


 


The promotion details table allows capture of promotion in terms of Grade or Employment Type or any other Property.  



Click on Add Row to open dialog for modifying the property.



Apart from providing the Promotion Details Superior is also expected to provide Rating along with Comments. These are saved as draft and the Recommendation moves to next level of HR Review. This can be done by another Team Lead or Head as indicated in the HR Reviewer.  



Once both Superior Rating and HR Rating is provided the Recommendation can be submitted. Before submitting the status has to be changed to Approved or Rejected.
