ERP for keeping track of training progress

ERP can be used to keep track of the self training. Training course can be defined in the system based on training topics. Each training course has certain credits associated. Anyone can start a training course and keep track of their progress. Once they complete all activities in the course they can submit their progress which can be reviewed by superior. 


How to create training topic

Training topic consists of a set of activities - Reading, Assignment or Certification.

Training course consists of a set of training topics. Credits can be set for a course. Credits can only be 1,3 or 5.



Training Session

Training session allows a candidate to keep track of his training progress. Candidate can track progress against each topic and mark status on completion. Once the entire course is completed candidate can submit the session for review. A superior can review and approve the session.
