In order to value your certification we have added credit score to each external certification based on their training level by converting them into training courses that you can take as training certification in ERP.


This article will help you understand step by step process of adding or taking an external training certification in ERP:-


Step 1 - Go to Training Certificate Link - https://erp.credenceanalytics.com/app/training-certificate, pick the certificate that is relevant to you after consulting your manager; make sure that the certification is relevant & inline with your job role.


These Training Certifications have been added as Training Courses on ERP - https://erp.credenceanalytics.com/app/training-course


Step 2 - Go to Training session list - https://erp.credenceanalytics.com/app/training-session & click on add training session.


Step 3 - Select the name of the certification that you have picked from Training Certification List & add the same in course.


Step 4 - Add the Start Date & Completion date as required & after completing the certification ask your manager to review the same.


Step 5 - Once the manager reviews the certificate he can save & submit the same.


Step 6 - After the submission of the document, your credits for the certification will be added in the training credit score.

Person X is taking the certification for PMI Agile Practitioner.


Step 1 - Training Certification List




Step 2 - Training Session List




Step 3 - Adding the Certificate name in training course




Step 4 - Save the document with target date & completion date.




Step 5 - Save the document for the manager to review the same.




Step 6 - Once the manager has reviewed he/she can submit the document post reviewing.
