“If everyone is moving forward then success takes care of itself.” Henry Ford
We believe that R&R plays a huge role in keeping one motivated and enthusiastic to work on new ideas or come up with some. When an employee is rewarded and recognised, it isn’t only him getting the adrenaline to outperform his best but also a push for others in the team. They want to be like him i.e. do better. We are introducing Reward mechanism in 3 categories:
1. Based on Metric
2. Based on Events
3. Based on Breaking the Record
1. Based on Metric:
We are introducing game elements in non-game situations - Acquire, Engage & Earn the Reward with gamification; Be at the top of your game!
The Metrics are:

- New Developer Task: Product Development teams
- On Training session completion: across all teams
In addition, there will be Game mechanics which include energy points, leaderboards, badges and progress. We have defined the energy point rule for each of these metrics: https://erp.credenceanalytics.com/app/energy-point-rule.
